All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian Dollars.

All prices displayed and products and services offered or to be supplied on the website are subject to change without notice.

Making a Purchase

Orders may be made online using the secure PayPal method- PayPal Account, American Express, Visa or Mastercard. Or Select direct Deposit and complete a direct bank transfer. Account details will be displayed on the order and emailed confirmation for payment.

Changing your order

You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.

Payment & Security

Canberra Dancewear currently accepts payment via Mastercard, Visa or a PayPal account. (Visit Paypal’s website for full details on how this can be done. www.paypal.com.au.)

Shipping Information

Canberra Dancewear mainly uses AUSTRALIA POST for all parcels.

Shop online securely with Canberra Dancewear and get a $9 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Australia.

Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched  within 2 working days of receiving. Except for items listed as SPECIAL ORDER.

Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. Depending on Australia Post delivery time frames to your area.

Please note these delivery times are to metro suburb areas, rural post codes can take a few more working days.

We also offer FREE collection from many local affiliate dance studios. Collection times from these locations are dependant on studio availability. All current studios with this option are listed in the checkout section for SHIPPING ADDRESS.

Returns Policy

Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.

Defective Products:

Canberra Dancewear endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects and staff do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@canberradancewear.com.au as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery for us to consider exchange for the defective product.  Please note refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.

Returns

  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, attached and be in original sealed packaging.
  • Hair accessories, hats and earrings cannot be returned.

Return Process

Canberra Dancewear is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Canberra Dancewear is also not responsible for returns lost by Australia Post.

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

Please keep in mind when we receive return deliveries we aim to process them within 10-15 business days, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Store Credit will be given for all returned products

  • Store credit can only be used at www.canberradancewear.com.au
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in Australian dollars.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our terms and conditions.

Complaints & Comments / Claims & Disputes

Claims concerning the product delivered must be lodged within 24 hours following delivery of the product.

Claims or disputes will always be examined with the greatest care. It is expected that the customer is acting in good faith when making any complaint(s). The customer should first contact us to seek a solution.
